Cleaning for the handover
Our move-out visits can cover kitchen counters, cabinet exteriors, appliance exteriors, sinks, bathrooms, mirrors, reachable windowsills, baseboards and accessible floors. Empty rooms allow us to clean more surfaces, but inside cabinets and appliances should be requested in advance.
Share any landlord or property manager requirements before the appointment. We can plan around the tasks you need completed, while the final inspection decision remains with the property manager.
Before we arrive
Remove personal items and rubbish, provide access to water and electricity, and tell us if parking, keys or building access require coordination. For a smooth move, book after your belongings have been removed and before the final walkthrough.
